Returns

At Leeni's, we work extremely hard to make sure everything is perfect for you, but if the item you ordered didn't fit, or you’ve simply changed your mind, we will try to make it as hassle-free as possible.

If you wish to return an item, please drop us an email at hello@itsleenis.com within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to help.

Please note that return items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original tags and packaging. We can not accept returns for items that are missing tags or altered in any way.

When you send back the item, please ensure it is wrapped safely to avoid damage.

Leeni's is not responsible for return postage. However, if the item you are returning was sent to you by mistake (faulty or incorrect order), Leeni's will cover the postage.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of items when they do not meet the conditions above.

If all conditions apply for your return, We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your parcel. You will be credited for your returned items via your original method of payment.
